Once you have placed your orders, you will receive your transaction details via email. Please keep this e-mail as it is your sales receipt for products ordered, and includes your order confirmation number. If your order has to be shipped, you will also receive a Shipping Notification e-mail. This will include your order tracking number once the item has been shipped and information on how you can check the status of your order online.
Local shipping is free. International shipping fees may vary. Orders with international shipping address will be updated with the right amount of shipping fee and buyers will be notified via email or SMS with the updated amount to be settled.
Completed orders are shipped locally through JRS. For international shipping, we use Philpost International EMS. Once your orders have been shipped, a tracking code will be sent to you via email or SMS. Use this tracking code to check the delivery status of your package online.

Orders not settled within 5 days will be deleted and considered cancelled. After which, you will have to re-process another order.
